To enroll in the Essential Experience Workshop, please print out this enrollment form (click here for .Pdf), complete it, and mail it to the address indicated below. Check the dates of the workshop for which you are enrolling.

www.eenewengland.orgThe cost of the workshop is $695. A deposit of $100 must accompany your enrollment form. Checks should be made out to "Essential Experience." Your deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the start of the workshop for which you enroll; it may then be applied only to a subsequent workshop. Payment plans are available.
